Taikura City Fei Hung Plastic and Steel Co. Ltd. is located in the beautiful and rich town of Taikura, Jiangsu Province, on the southern side of Shanghai, with the Hong Kong River to the east and transport facilities, a professional manufacturer with more than 40 years of head protection.
In 2005, the company built more than 20,000 square metres of new premises, with increased input upgrades in production processes and equipment. The current company ' s plating and glass and steel modelling processes have resulted in automatic provisioning, automatic colouring, automatic extraction of products from water lines, during production through the Rotz windmill and filtering system, as well as a professional waste pollutant recovery system, ensuring that all pollutants produced in the production process are professionally treated, environmentally friendly emissions are met and centralized, and avoiding direct exposure of employees to dust and toxic and hazardous substances pollution. Processes and equipment improvements have also significantly improved production efficiency, product quality and capacity to produce 1.8 million peaks of annual supply.
