(Except for items subject to authorization prior to registration by law, administrative regulations, decisions of the State Council) and licensed to operate are: the manufacture of clothing, household slurry, household jewellery, furniture, textiles, leather, clothing design, fabrics, footwear caps, accessories, boxes, bedding and handicrafts (except for ivory and its products).
